The draft Shoalhaven LEP 2009 (SLEP 2009) is made up of a written document (called an ‘instrument’) and a number of maps. The SLEP 2009 has been prepared to comply with the State Government’s Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Order
2006 which prescribes a standard form and content of council LEPs.
